Refund & return policy
Your satisfaction matters. If something is wrong with your order, we will walk you through next steps clearly — no maze, no fine print games.
1. Eligibility for returns
You may start a return within 15 days of delivery if:
- The product is unopened and in original, saleable condition
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
2. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for opened or used products, or for promotional items, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Food safety and traceability come first.
3. How to start a return
Email lifevansa@gmail.com with your order ID, a short reason, and clear photos of the pack (and issue, if any). We reply with approval and return or replacement steps — including pickup details when applicable.
4. Refund timeline
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet.
5. Late or missing refunds
If nothing shows after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first. Still stuck? Write to lifevansa@gmail.com with your order ID and we will trace it on our side.
6. Shipping charges
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is because of our error (wrong item, defective batch we confirm, etc.).
7. Exchanges
We prioritise replacements when an item is defective or damaged in transit. For other exchange requests, contact lifevansa@gmail.com and we will advise what is possible per batch and inventory.
