1. Eligibility for Returns
You may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving the product if:
- The product is unopened and in original condition
- The item was received damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
2. Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for used products or items purchased during promotions unless defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@vansalife.com with your order ID and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and pickup details.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank. If the issue persists, email us at support@vansalife.com.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a VansaLife error.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at support@vansalife.com.
